MISSION
Team Member Hall of Fame is a recognition program to promote the developement of team members of independent contractor State Farm agents.
This is a Multi-State Recocognition program honoring team members who take care of our customers and their families through the production of life insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS & SIGN-UP
Qualification Period January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024
First time qualifiers must produce 25 written life applications.
Second time qualifiers must produce 30 written life applications.

- Registration Fee $150 per participant
- Late Fee $50 if registered after 9/15/24
